Poppy training

A fabulous sunrise was followed by blue sky looking east towards York. We assumed the weather would be equally good at Brimham Rocks but were wrong. Not only was it showery, but the refreshment kiosk was closed ……… on a Sunday. 

Last month Jane and Jason got Poppy the puppy, now about 10 months old. They had mentioned the word ‘cat’ on many occasions but I’m seriously allergic to them, so when they found that Poppy needed a new home they were keen to take her in. 

She’s having to learn new ways but loves the outdoors and long walks. I took very few photos because of the rain so this is one from Ewan’s camera.
