Soft cell at home

Last night Soft Cell went to the vets and today had a big cyst removed from the back of his upper soft palate. He has had stitches and finally at 4.30 I was told he had eaten and was fine to come home. This year he has had numerous vet visits and surgery . He miaowed the whole 40 minutes drive back and as I pulled into our drive, he broke out of his cat carrier. He is very upbeat now and establishing his role again as top cat. Have to keep him in for 24 hours which may prove to be a problem.

Off to our neighbours this evening for chips and wine. Looking forward to relaxing after a relatively stressful day.
