So the Tories have been cheating on their election budget. Apparently everyone does it and no-one can have their knuckles rapped, unless the cheating is discovered within a year of the election. (Which it wasn't).

Shouldn't they have their salaries stopped for a couple of months, as would happen to a benefits recipient?
