Drs

My back hurts and my side hurts.

My side hurting is a constant really and flared badly before christmas and now.

The back is a new thing.

Drs today who is investigating for ovary issues and bowel issues but suspects IBS. He said i have nerve pain and this may have triggered my back off.

Trying very hard to avoid wheat and stuff with too much gluten in.

What a bloody misery.

Came home. Lay down. Walking and moving is alright actually. Sitting is painful and the transitions between movements in sharp.
