Penarth Pier - before breakfast!

Four myself in Penarth last night between meetings with various Fire Services, thought I would make the effort to get up and take a walk and a photo before breakfast.  Glad I did, not a stunning sky or light but it is pleasing enough and made a great change from the Lastest drama of named storms (what a stupid idea that was, naming storms!!!)  We used to just call them Wind or Heavy Rain and Wind.  Who decided to focus peoples attention to a bit of a heavy wind and rain by naming them.  Who ever it was should move to the states if they want to be american.  Whoops, we off on a rant there sorry; rant over.
