Soggy

Further adventures in plumbing.
After unblocking the waste pipes, we started to notice that all was still not well. Mostly it just smelled bad. The plumbers came and after they'd got under the sink, the conversation went something like this:
Plumber1 (head under the floorboards): ah, I see the leak.
Plumber2 (running the tap): much water coming out?
P1: yeah.
P2: how much?
P1: all of it.

Huge leak under the floor, in just about the most inaccessible place possible. So today they came back with a joiner, removed part of the kitchen, got the floorboards up and all was revealed. Two pipes that were supposed to be connected were in fact not. It's soaking under there. So now I have a big dehumidifier in there trying to dry it out before the kitchen gets rebuilt. Leak is fixed. That part took about 15 minutes
