Good mourning, doves

I glanced out the window this morning to see which birds might be gracing the feeder and noticed these two mourning doves, crouching on the ground underneath. They look like they're just hanging out, with nowhere in particular to go.

Today was non-extraordinary, just work, a few chores, and sending Mr M off to work for the night.
