Lk Hills greenbelt reflections

A glorious day....had more acupuncture and did a very tiny walk at the greenbelt today...regaining strength slowly as I flu recoop...getting stuff all out of chest!     After acupuncture which felt good for my chi, we went to see one set of the Oscar shorts....very good,  and two we saw also very disturbing. we must now see the other set of shorts.
