Pong

Occasionally I play ping-pong at lunch time. There is a table in one of the labs at work. Chris is at the near side of the table and Manoj is at the far side. We play some really fun, sometimes competitive pong. Either way it gives a good release to the stress of the work day and gets you moving around.
