after the storm

What a night !  Phenomenal winds and rain ... 
It died down a bit during the day and the sun shone . We risked a drive out to look at the sea this evening but it was too wild and cold to even think of getting Freddie out of the car. 

This morning we had a nice visit from Carly and Simon.
