Pure

. . .   Pure white reflects all the wavelengths of light;  transition? oxidation begins when the flesh of an apple is exposed to air . . .

       I approached today's mono Monday backwards.  I picked up an apple.  I cut it in half. I chose to put it on a piece of white paper. (what about dark on light or light on dark?). Snapped.  Cropped.  And then wondered what this had to do with purity and transition.
