Elderflower Heaven

I've never really gazed deep into the parasol of an elder flower bloom before. Today I was out in the rain and the wind and took my chance. A few days ago I made gooseberry and elderflower jam with a friend and my daughter Hannah, a first for my kitchen, and me, and we really enjoyed it.
So I was all set to venture into elderflower once more after lunching on good old Northern jam butties!
