Splash of colour

Taking easy, taking slow today.  Feeling run down, lergy and just too lazy to do anything apart from comfy cooking.
I've made a delicious smoked salmon pie (with loads of pan fried courgettes with garlic and turmeric with chillies wrapped in a shortcrust pastry), a very sweet but #sugar free blueberry pie and gluten free orange zest cookies #sugar free as well. Its been a comfy but healthy afternoon :)

A
