I think it's like sailing on land.  When the tide is out and the beach is empty these can zip up and down.  This young man was enjoying it with his poppa.  I watched as poppa Kerry went really fast and seemed to loose 20 years.  Great fun to be sharing with his grandson.  He then got growled by his wife for not wearing a helmet and told to slow down.
