the levellers

8cms might not seem much but when it's the difference in levels in a floor it can make you feel sea-sick when you walk across it too fast. I knew the floor was a bit squiff but EIGHT CENTIMETRES?! it means that the new floors will have to be so high up that only gnomes can fit into the rooms. And we'll have to go back to the shops to choose cupboards that aren't quite as tall *sigh* just when I thought I'd got everything sorted.....
