Fried Chicken

So last week I ate some of the best fried chicken at the Woodsman Tavern in Portland, Ore.  Of course, my brain is mesmerized - completely in a trance - by the crunchy, salty goodness that is fried chicken.  Well, I just had to try my hand this weekend (the Super Bowl gives me license to eat really bad stuff, right?) and this is my creation.  Drizzled in honey and served with a little Crystal Hot Sauce on the side.  Oh yeah.
