A lull in the storm…

This morning saw a lull in the wild weather, giving me chance to get out into the garden and grab a quick blip of the Snowdrops, nestled amongst the Hellebores…

But the lull was only short lived and as I type, the wind is already picking up again. With an amber weather warning, and Storm Imogen and wind gusts of up to 80 mph forecast for our area for tonight and tomorrow, I don’t think I’ll be venturing outside for a blip tomorrow!!

For the last two nights we’ve had a feline intruder in the house who emptied all Toff’s bowls and left an unpleasant smell in the house! Measures have now been taken to keep out the visitor tonight, but given the weather, I’m now feeling very mean and really hope he isn’t a stray looking for food and somewhere to shelter on a stormy night…
