A little bit of Asquith Bottom Mills
After a bout of street orienteering around Sowerby Bridge, I had a more leisurely wander looking for dereliction. I was well rewarded. The town was at the centre of the British textile industry and has many old mills. The
one shown is semi-derelict and was built for wool processing. A fuller picture of the mill can be seen in extras, along with a spooky derelict house and a lovely cobbled street.
