Spring in wintertime

I took a look in the garden, quite sure that the weather we had lately had tricked nature.
I have never gone biking in January on bare roads, and I have never seen the daffodils buds appear so early in the garden. 20 days earlier than last year.  + 4 C, rain and no sign of winter.
