Life of contrast

Having spent the last 3 weeks in temperatures in the 30's, it's back down to earth with a bump here in Edinburgh with temperatures around 5 degrees. Makes me very glad we have a new boiler and had this gas fire installed last winter.
I was talking to my friends in India about the need for heating rather than AC or fans for cooling... which was rather incomprehensible to them. Gosh I do appreciate it now I'm here.
