Shawfair

Visited Shawfair for the first time today when I took Mum (and Dad) to a medical appointment. It was supposed to be a new town within the ring road, but then the financial crash happened so now it's a bit of a wasteland with a few offices, the small hospital and a pub that I can't imagine anyone going to. At least it has views of the Pentlands!

Otherwise, a dull day which was a bit cold for Mme A to choose as her first bike ride of the year.
