Biskit (Meringue)
Tonight’s blip was going to be Mrs W’s meringues ‘cooking’ in the oven. What do you do with the egg whites after you have made the iced cream???
Unfortunately the shots were not as good as they could have been and I was already in trouble for having the oven door open (again) so we have a Biskit instead.
Quite a healthy Biskit though – high in fibre, just look at all that grain . . . (sorry)!
