Crystal Blue Reflections

I mentioned that it rained very heavily here in the middle of the week. I took a back road home on this day and discovered that there is still standing water in many of the farmers' fields. As a photographer, the prospect of more water is always inviting, as it turns every surface into a possible reflection shot.

At the very, very far end of this long puddle, there are actually two horses standing, snacking, trying not to get their feet wet. When I drove by and saw how lovely this farm field scene looked with the crystal blue sky and reflections, I just had to turn around and come back for a few reflection shots. We'll blame it on crystal blue persuasion.  :-)
