Wet Weekend in Lincoln

Like yesterday I spent the morning watching Rugby! I spent the second half of the match watching from my Step machine, so I could get my FitBit steps rolling without leaving the house. 

My team, Wigan Warriors played Catalans Dragons from sunny France. The game was played in wet Wigan though, and both teams struggled with the conditions. Mud and rain - not exactly conducive to free-flowing, skilful Rugby League! It was a deserved win for Wigan fortunately, and two points hard-earned.

I have had a quick wander into town to get a couple of things. I didn't want to be out too long as it is raining and windy. Also I'm trying to avoid shops and spend less! I've started taking only the money I need and no cards in my small purse that I got for Christmas so I can't spend more than I planned!

I took a few shots of various things and this one shows the Brayford Marina looking a bit grey and murky.

I've got the rest of the day to chill out now, do hobby stuff and try to shake this cold off!
