Wet, wet, wet!

This is the view of our silver birch this morning, thrashing about in the wind through a rain-soaked window.  Yuk!  Holly dog and I had a very short walk to the end of the road and back! 

My extras are of the lisianthus again.  I was trying the White on White exercise for A Year with my Camera.  Not sure which of the two shows off the "white on white" point better.  The first was taken at 1/10 sec at f/6.3 ISO 200.  The second was 0.6 sec at f/10 ISO 160.Feedback would be great!
