dead stuff..

In the gardening textbooks they always say that old seedheads should be left until they look photogenically gorgeous covered in frost in the winter. In real life they get hit by wind and rain before the frosts ever start, go mouldy and need to be chopped down!

So here's a final shot of the alliums until next spring........
