Big angry bird

1. It's hangover territory as I clamber down from the top bunk. The BnB bagels help. We set off down the road, I've lost the cardy, but everything else is reasonably in tact.

2. Straight to Colin's for coffee and an ice lolly in preparation for an epic afternoon of sport.

3. Mr Bradley Wiggins is doing ever so well and it's a pretty exciting mountain stage in the TdF. We switch every now and then to see how Andy is doing. Sometimes I just can't handle the pressure.

4. Good grub and an excellent Paul Simon Imagine documentary about the 25 anniversary of Graceland. God, it's good.
