a little bit of rhubarb

Kimber Lane, Haymarket

Long, tiring day. The highlight was probably a series of to-and-fro emails about the time-honoured tradition of gnome-napping, and the feasibility of shoving a dessicated horse's leg (a dead horse, obviously) up a chimney to protect a house from witchcraft.

It's a long story, but there are people who've made a career out of ferreting out cats etc which have been walled up alive or stuffed up a chimney or under a floorboard.

Sometimes I think I work in a very strange industry.

Stopped in at Kimber Lane on the way home - the Lovely Luisa has been urging me for the past month to blip the laneway. And it's always nice to look at bright shiny things at the end of the day.
