Nomadic dinner

A treat from hubby tonight, dinner at our new favourite restaurant Nomad in Birmingham. Tonight's menu was even more experimental than last time with a higher proportion of foraged ingredients. My favourite dish was a croquette of mutton shoulder served on a potato purée. The parsnip ice cream with frozen blue cheese was also very tasty.
