Oxford Murmuration

Absolutely fantastic murmuration at RSPB Otmoor this evening.  75,000 (estimate!) starlings are an amazing sight.  

Have seen murmurations at Otmoor before, but not one where the birds have come quite so close. You felt that the spectacle should have been accompanied by more noise, it's only when the birds come really close that you can hear the wing beats, and only when they land that they start chattering to each other.
