It's the weekend - thank goodness.

At the Red Squirrel for a bite to eat before RSNO John Williams concert at the Usher Hall - Star Wars for sure! And my all time favourite the theme to Jurassic Park, among many other classics, can't wait :)

What a treat the concert was! The RSNO are so good. Conductor  Richard Kaufman had a variety of stories to tell between pieces and had permission to play music from Star Wars The Force Awakens, "which isn't out there yet!.
The solo violin on Schindler's List, played by Emma Steele, was incredibly moving, and the Jurassic Park theme was enchanting. What amazing talent on display, from the composer, and on the stage.
