Brown's Beach

I found myself at Brown's Beach this afternoon.  I was the only person in sight.  I got to sit and just contemplate life, the universe and everything, entirely uninterrupted.  A rare thing.

I know that a photo should have a 'feature' and this lacks one, but I have decided that the great textures and colours here speak for themselves.

I thought about 'abstracting' it for Abstract Thursday but I didn't want to lose that combination of green water, almost purple sky and pebbly beach.

Thank goodness it has been cooler today!
