Sleeping tablet

No, not for me, but for my mum. She's been suffering insomnia for long, and has become more serious since my grandpa was sent to hospital.

Just know a friend who's from the same area as mine is flying home this weekend. So I took advantage of her return to send the pills home. Hope they can help regulate her sleep and reduce her anxiety and irritation to a large degree.
