Burberry

Much has been made in the press today about Burberry's decision to use Brooklyn Beckham to photograph their new fragrance campaign.

Many photographers are very annoyed.

My initial thoughts were: well, he won't be setting up the background, or adjusting the lights, or taking meter readings or booking the models or doing the retouching like the rest of do.

Having seen some of the pictures, there is nothing particularly high concept about them. Taken with natural light. They look like pictures anyone could take with a good model in front of them, which I guess is the point of Instagram... and celebrity.
