Testing the New Canon Speedlite 600 EX RTs

This shot of the audience at the University of Pennslyvania was lit with 4 Canon Speedlite 600 EX RTs that were gelled and hidden from view. The radio based wireless system works up to 100' feet from the camera and the flash units do not have to be in 'line-of-sight' to operate. This enables a lot more options and creativity since the flash units can be placed anywhere and still work in ETTL mode.
