Hardly a ripple

We walked to and from my friend's house at the Ardeer end of Stevenston yesterday, and the water along the shore was so still.

This looked artier in my mind's eye than here, clearly!

I took lots of photos of cinnabar moths, but they really weren't very clear. It must be their breeding time as a lot of them were "coupled".
