The New Journey Begins...

This morning we went out to a fabulous breakfast at a family favorite local restaurant to go over everything again to make sure every question we could think of was written down ready to go. Then headed to the Hospital to go over the results.

The doctor was fabulous. Not very often does a doctor spend over an hour explaining everything it seems anymore. It was confirmed though that he has Dementia Parkinson. Now we wait for more testing to see how severe it is and then how aggressively to treat it.

We took dad back home and Mom and I went on a nice long walk in the rain to just gather our thoughts over what transpired today. We saw over a dozen types of birds including the first time 7 cormorants sitting on a log. Mom gets photographers assistant credit today for holding the umbrella over the camera so I could get this photo of this bald eagle. A perfect ending to an emotional day.
