I managed a run today!  feeling much better, although still a bit snotty!

Saw the in laws tonight.

Traffic horrendous on the way home so we diverted to the nearest Pizza Express.  Yummy.

Mst dash, work to catch up on.....busy day tomorrow, exec meetings and whatnot
