The Falls of Clyde

This was the scene at Bonnington Linn when L and I reached the end of our wonderful (very muddy) walk exploring the Falls of Clyde. The weather couldn't have been better .... not a breath of wind, not a drop of rain and the icing on the cake was the sun shining in a blue, cloudless sky. We opted for the shorter route walking from Corehouse, past the ruined Corra Castle and on to the Hydro Electric station at Bonnington Linn. Wonderful views showing the awesome power of the water as it tumbled over the falls.
