White chocolate and raspberry cookies

While you could cut the tension with a knife in the living room as we watched Andy Murray's valiant attempt to win the Wimbledon Men's Singles Title; dear daughter headed to the kitchen to rustle up some cookies.

She used a recipe she found on the internet. Having the iPad in the kitchen compensates for the fact that her mother has a motley collection of recipes filed somewhat haphazardly, and sometimes we just can't find what we're looking for.

This recipe involved making the cookie dough, then popping a couple of raspberries on the top and folding the dough over to encase them. Definitely best eaten warm. If you want to recreate this, then here's the recipe.
