Eating in South Africa is nearly enough to drive me to vegetarianism in the UK, purely from a food quality perspective. The Beef here is amazing, but vegetables? It makes me simultaneously appreciate English veg and Saffa beef.

After hearing the news today of young Niamh a friend hit by a car unconscious, fighting for her life, today I'm grateful for my health. Lord God please heal Niamh.
