Swarming Insects!

At the dog park today, I saw a white bunch of fluffs fly in the air, like dandelions blowing in the breeze. Upon closer examination, and use of my iPhone, I realized it was either termites swarming from a stump or ants swarming as they chose a queen. I know it's hard to see, but there are wings shed from insects. In other places you can just see 2 of the 3 segmented bodies.
Where is a camera when you need one?
