Morning spectacle

The clouds in yesterday's evening blip had a hint of rainbow colours but nothing compared to today, I don't remember ever seeing anything like it before (even minus the brontosaurus).
Apparently, although they look beautiful, they are responsible for holes in the ozone layer due to chemical reactions, so maybe it's a good thing we don't get to see them very often.
Went out running again tonight, the club's monthly Galaxy run. Mr Rat won a Galaxy but as it was my first time I hadn't a chance.
Once in I had to decide what to cook for tea - but still had it on the table, cooked from scratch, in less than half an hour.
