Almost a mile......

Stuck for an interesting blip today. But I was playing around with the zoom setting on the camera. I thought if I can get a reasonable shot of the moon then the train line about a mile from us should be possible. And it is. However it needed to be a local all stopping train as there are lots that just speed on up the line and are too quick for me to catch.
I'm planning going down to the track in a few weeks time when the Flying Scotsman should be coming through on its positioning run ready for its official inaugural trip after a complete overhaul.

Grateful today that the field where I like walking the dogs is starting to dry up with all this wind we've been having!
