Beef Rendang

Tonight I'm going to have a go at the above. Pictured is the array of spices and ingredients required. Despite the range of items, the recipe doesn't look too complicated. It's a Hairy Bikers recipe and they reckon it's one of their all time favourites. Well we'll see if I can do it justice. I'll put it in the fridge for tonight and have it tomorrow. Oooohhh, I can't wait!
