Watched the BBC iplayer film 'the rack pack' yesterday. Excellent! Set in the smoky snooker rooms of the 1970's

Called into our Angoulême café. Raining outside so the hardened smokers had converted the café into a smoking room. Really? I hear you say. Yes. Sit by the toilets or sit by the smokers...great coffee so worth putting up with it!

Had an appointment with my Angoulême doctor. When I first started seeing him nearly 2 years ago he said do you mind of I smoke? He smokes small cigars that smell like my grandfather's pipe tobacco.

So on the way home we see this smokin' Ford Mustang at our Ford dealership.

On the way out again I overtook a tank - smokin' gun!

And to finish the night off, my student P's Mum cooked me a crêpe for chanderelle (candlemas) -  Smokin' hot pan!
