Hard at work

Today I've been working with Front Line Engineers who manage teams that keep the London Underground running and delays to a minimum. They face a lot of challenges!

One thing that has remained constant is their great humour and witty banter! To me this as important an aspect of a high performing team as any other, and leads to people really enjoying work (however disagreeable or difficult the task may seem).

What an interesting and welcoming bunch!
