Poor, Sad Running Shoes

The weekend before last when I was in Walsall, I picked up a pair of running shoes, fully intending to start the Couch to 5k plan. Unfortunately, a combination of terrible public transport, going out, and then getting stitches in my back and being told I can't exercise until they're out has meant that they've sat all sad and lonely under the exercise bike. One day we'll run together, one day soon.
