'James Bond 'Jet pack

There we were lying on Seven Mile island beach, Grand Cayman and this guy shot out of the water, like something out of a sci-fi movie, James Bond style.
 
I guess we are not up to speed with the latest water sports craze so it was totally unexpected but water jet packs appear to be the latest craze.
