Shieldhall Tunnel Project - No 2

The works began at Crossmyloof two weeks ago. These two towers have appeared. Must investigate in better weather.

Taken from Dolphin Road which is currently closed off. En route to the supermarket on foot. Totally drenched by Storm Henry. I've got the shivers this evening.
